iQoo has introduced its latest premium midrange smartphone iQoo Neo 9 Pro 5G. Sporting a unique and stylish look, the handset comes with a dual-toned back panel. Equipped with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 mobile processor, it packs up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of inbuilt storage and runs on Android 14-based Funtouch OS 14 out-of-the-box. The iQoo Neo 9 Pro features a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. For photography, there is a 50-megapixel primary camera with a Sony IMX920 sensor.

iQoo Neo 9 Pro price and availability

iQoo Neo 9 Pro is available at a starting price of Rs 37,999 for the base 8GB+256GB RAM and storage configuration, while the 12GB of RAM and 256GB storage variant is priced at Rs 39,999. The smartphone comes in Conqueror Black and Fiery Red colour options. Interested buyers can get it from Amazon and the iQoo e-store. A third variant with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage will also be made available on March 21.

iQoo Neo 9 Pro specifications in India

The dual SIM (Nano) iQoo Neo 9 Pro sports a 6.78-inch 1.5K (1,260x2,800 pixels) LTPO AMOLED screen with up to 120Hz refresh rate and up to 144Hz refresh rate while gaming. It also supports the company's Wet Touch technology which allows users to perform certain tasks even with wet hands. The handset is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset coupled with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and runs on Funtouch OS 14 based on Android 14. Additionally, it is the first Neo series handset to receive 3 years of OS updates and a four years of security updates.

For optics, there are two rear cameras on the iQoo Neo 9 Pro — a 50-megapixel camera with a 1/1.49-inch Sony IMX920 sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) and an f/1.88 aperture, and an 8-megapixel ultrawide-angle camera with an OmniVision OV08D10 sensor and an f/2.2 aperture. For video calls and selfies, the phone houses a 16-megapixel camera with a Samsung S5K3P9SP04-FGX9 sensor and an f/2.5 aperture.

The connectivity options on this smartphone include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. It also comes equipped with an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, e-compass, proximity sensor, and gyroscope.

For security, the iQoo Neo 9 Pro features an optical fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication. You can also control various appliances via an infrared blaster on the smartphone. The handset is backed by a 5,160mAh battery with support for 120W SuperVOOC charging. It has an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance.

The Realme P3 Pro might be launched in India soon as the successor to the Realme P2 Pro 5G, which debuted in the nation in September 2024. The company is said to be preparing to launch the alleged device next month. The model number along with the probable RAM and storage setups of the speculated device have also been disclosed. The company was previously rumored to introduce a Realme P3 Ultra model in India by the end of January.

As per a report from 91Mobiles, the Realme P3 Pro will feature the model number RMX5032. It is anticipated to be introduced in India during the third week of February. Going by this report, we can expect the phone to be released between February 17 and February 26.

Previously a report suggested that a Realme P3 Ultra device with the model number RMX5030 is expected to debut in India by the end of January. It is expected to accommodate as much as 12GB of RAM and offer up to 256GB of internal storage. There has not been any update regarding a standard Realme P3 model.

Last year, the Realme P2 Pro was introduced in India for Rs. 21,999, Rupees. 24,999 aur Rs. 27,999 for the 8GB+128GB, 12GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB variants, respectively. It features a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC and a 5,200mAh battery that supports 80W SuperVOOC charging. It features a 6.7-inch full-HD+ 3D curved AMOLED display, a 50-megapixel triple rear camera arrangement, and a 32-megapixel front camera.
