Realme is all set to introduce a new addition to the Realme 12 Pro and Realme 12 Pro+ 5G that were launched last month in India. The upcoming Realme 12+ 5G is likely to make its debut in India by the end of this month. While the launch page for Realme 12+ 5G in India has already been made live, the launch date is yet to be confirmed. The company has also teased the design of the soon-to-be-launched phone via its launch page. Meanwhile, the handset will also be unveiled in Malaysia on February 29.

Realme 12+ design teased in India
Realme's upcoming number series smartphone will continue to have a faux leather back similar to its other siblings i.e., Realme 12 Pro and Realme 12 Pro+ 5G. The handset is shown to have a circular camera module at the top of the phone's back panel. The teaser page for Realme 12+ also suggests the there will be a green colour option for the smartphone. It will ship with a triple rear camera setup with OIS support and there will also be an LED flash.

Apart from these, no more details have officially been revealed.

Meanwhile, the phone will also be launched in Malaysia on February 29, as confirmed by the company via its Facebook page. The phone will debut alongside Realme 12 Pro+ 5G. According to the teaser poster, the Realme 12+ 5G will come in two colour options - Green and Beige, whereas the Realme 12 Pro+ 5G is shown in Blue and Beige colourways. The latter has already been launched in India with Qualcomm Snapdragon 7S Gen 2 paired with up to 24GB dynamic RAM.

Sporting a 6.7-inch curved vision display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, the smartphone packs a 5,000mAh battery with 67W fast charging support. Powering the phone is an octa-core Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 coupled with up to 256GB of inbuilt storage. For optics, the phone ships with a 64-megapixel main camera accompanied by a 50-megapixel SONY IMX890 OIS sensor and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera. For selfies and video calls, the phone houses a 32-megapixel front camera.

Additionally, the smartphone runs on Android 14-based Realme UI 5.0 out of the box.
