The Redmi Note 14 series is all set to make its debut will be released in India. The Redmi Note 14 Pro+, the company's flagship model in the series, has begun to display its features in teasers. "The Redmi Note is not the same anymore… it's better," Xiaomi India said on X (formerly Twitter) in an attempt to promote the product line. While Xiaomi has been tight lipped about the price, the reports and rumors has tipped the price which suggests that the upcoming smartphone lineup could get a price hike. Read out all details here.

Redmi Note 14 Series leaked price

Abhishek Yadav, a tipster, provided the Redmi Note 14 series' leaked pricing. The Redmi Note 14's price in India may begin at Rs 21,999 for the 6GB + 128GB model and Rs 22,999 for the 8GB + 128GB model, based on his calculations on X. Additionally, the 8GB + 128GB model of the Redmi Note 14 Pro is anticipated to cost Rs. 28,999, while the 8GB + 256GB model will cost Rs. 30,999.

The Redmi Note 14 Pro+'s 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB models are expected to retail for Rs 34,999 and Rs 36,999, respectively. The top-end model with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage could cost up to Rs 39,999. It should be noted that since all of these prices are listed in MRP, bank offers may result in a slightly lower actual selling price.

Redmi Note 14 Series specifications

The Indian version of the Note 14 Pro is rumored to have 12 AI features, whereas the Redmi Note 14 Pro+ is said to have 20 AI features, including Circle to search, AI Call Translation, and AI Subtitle. They may have a construction with an IP68 rating.

Reports state that the Xiaomi sub-brand phone's Indian version will come pre-installed with six AI features and an 8MP ultra wide-angle camera. The Pro models are rated IP68 for resistance to dust and water, while the vanilla model is rated IP64. A 6.67-inch OLED screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz is included with the phones.

The Redmi Note 14 Pro+ is powered by a Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 SoC, while the Note 14 Pro model is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Ultra SoC. The MediaTek Dimensity 7025 Ultra chipset powers the entry-level Redmi Note 14.

Oppo Reno 13 5G and Reno 13 Pro 5G were introduced in India on Thursday, two months following their launch in China. The latest Reno series smartphones operate on MediaTek's Dimensity 8350 processor and come equipped with 50-megapixel front cameras. The Oppo Reno 13 Pro 5G features a triple rear camera arrangement, highlighted by a Sony IMX890 primary lens, whereas the standard version offers a dual rear camera system. They offer 80W wired rapid charging and come with a SignalBoost X1 chip.

The cost of the Oppo Reno 13 Pro 5G begins at Rs. 49,999 for the variant with 12GB RAM + 256GB storage. The variant with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage is available for Rs. 54,999. It comes in Graphite Grey and Mist Lavender color choices.

The Oppo Reno 13 5G comes with a price of Rs. 37,999 for the standard 8GB + 128GB version, and Rs. 39,999 for the 8GB and 256GB choice. Both models will be available for purchase on Flipkart and Oppo's online store beginning January 11 at 12pm.

Oppo Reno 13 5G, Oppo Reno 13 Pro 5G Features
The Oppo Reno 13 5G series with Dual SIM (nano) operates on ColorOS 15, which is based on Android 15. The Pro version features a 6.83-inch 1.5K (1,272×2,800 pixels) screen that offers a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, delivering 450ppi pixel density and a maximum brightness of 1200nits.

The standard model features a marginally smaller 6.59-inch full-HD+(1,256×2,760 pixels) AMOLED display with a maximum refresh rate of 120Hz, a pixel density of 460ppi, and a peak brightness of 1,200nits. They asserted that they possess a frame made of aerospace-grade aluminium.

The Oppo Reno 13 5G pair operates using a 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 8350 processor, combined with 12GB LPPDR5X RAM and as much as 512GB of UFS 3 storage.

Both models feature a 50-megapixel front-facing camera. The Pro version features a triple-camera setup, which includes a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 1/1.56-inch primary camera with OIS, a 50-megapixel JN5 telephoto sensor offering 3.5x optical zoom, up to 120x digital zoom, and OIS, along with an 8-megapixel OV08D sensor.

The regular Oppo Reno 13 5G boasts a dual rear camera arrangement, including a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide angle lens.

Connectivity features on the Oppo Reno 13 5G series consist of 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. They hold IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings for resistance against dust and water. They comprise Oppo's specially designed X1 network chip, which is said to provide improved signal coverage.

The main Oppo Reno 13 Pro features a 5,800mAh battery that supports 80W wired fast charging. Regarding its dimensions, it has approximate measurements of 162.73×776.55×7.55mm and weighs 195 grams. The standard model features a 5,600mAh battery that supports 80W wired charging.
