Samsung Galaxy A26 5G has made its presence felt in the Indian market, appearing on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification website. This listing strongly suggests that the smartphone's launch in India is imminent.

While the BIS certification doesn't reveal any specific details about the device's specifications, it confirms the model SM-A266B/DS, indicating that it will be the Indian variant with dual SIM card support.

Samsung Galaxy A26 5G: Expected Specifications

Based on previous leaks and rumours, the Samsung Galaxy A26 5G is expected to arrive with a 6.64-inch or 6.7-inch Full HD+ display boasting a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth visuals. Under the hood, it will likely be powered by the efficient 4nm Exynos 2400e chipset, coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

Regarding optics, the Galaxy A26 5G is rumoured to sport a triple camera setup on the rear. The primary sensor could be a 50MP unit, accompanied by supporting sensors for wider angles and depth effects. For selfies, the device might feature an 8MP front-facing camera.

Other anticipated features include a large battery with fast charging support to keep the device going throughout the day, 5G connectivity for high-speed internet access, and the latest Android operating system with Samsung's One UI custom skin on top.

Although Samsung hasn't officially announced the Galaxy A26 5G launch date in India, the BIS certification website's appearance indicates that the launch could be just around the corner.

Nintendo has officially unveiled its upcoming hybrid console, the Nintendo Switch 2, on Thursday. Nintendo Switch 2 Features an Expanded Display
The largest and most anticipated of all the changes is likely the bigger screen. The original Switch had a 6.2-inch LCD screen, whereas the OLED version upgraded to a 7-inch OLED display. Although Nintendo hasn't provided specifications, the Switch 2 screen appears significantly bigger in the video. The console might feature an 8-inch display, according to previous reports.

The Nintendo Switch 2 keeps the USB Type-C port located on the bottom edge of the display and introduces another USB Type-C port on the top side alongside the power and volume buttons, the 3.5mm headphone jack, and the game card slot.

As anticipated by leaks, the console features a redesigned kickstand as well. The weak stand from the initial Switch and the plate-style design of the OLED model are replaced; Switch 2 now includes a rail kickstand that extends along the bottom edge of the rear side of the screen.
