Reliable tipster @UniverseIce has recently leaked that the purported Galaxy S25 Ultra 5G could come with same battery as Galaxy S24 Ultra 5G i.e., 5,000mAh battery with a support for 45W wired charging. However, the battery life also depends on the chipset and hence, you could expect better standby time with the Qualcomm's next gen chip. Additionally, the leakster has also revealed that the phone could debut with 16GB RAM which could be major upgrade. Previously also, a report claimed that the Samsung could bring LPDDR6 RAM to its flagship phones in 2025.

Apart from these, the next Samsung's flagship phone is also expected to get thinner bezels than the Galaxy S25 Ultra and have a flatter frame and more rounded corners. The reports also suggest that the display on at least one of the new Samsung Galaxy S25 models could come with the new OLED technology housing a fingerprint scanner.
