The Unpacked event is planned for January 22, 2025. Samsung is organizing in-person events in the US and India (and maybe other areas) to unveil the Galaxy S25 series. In the United States, the event is being held in San Jose, California. In India, the event will be held in Bengaluru. Here are the timings:

Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event: What to expect?
The Galaxy S25 lineup is expected to be the highlight of the event as Samsung unveils three new "AI-driven" smartphones—Galaxy S25, S25 Plus, and the Galaxy S25 Ultra. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a major priority, and Samsung has clearly emphasized this before the big day. The gadgets—regardless of what they end up being named—offer the assurance of a “more natural and intuitive experience.”

Samsung has hinted at a Galaxy AI feature for the upcoming S25, S25 Plus, and S25 Ultra models. The Sketch to Image feature is undergoing an upgrade—likely with the upcoming One UI 7 update—and will have the capability to create images based on text prompts. Indeed, Samsung is providing it with multimodal abilities, even stating, “if it can be imagined, Galaxy AI can produce it.” It is currently uncertain if the feature will be extended to other Galaxy devices such as the Galaxy S24 and S24 Ultra.
