Samsung has launched two new members to its M series smartphones on Monday namely- the Galaxy M55 and the Galaxy M15. The Galaxy M55 is a mid-range smartphone powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC, while the Galaxy M15 is an entry-level 5G smartphone powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+. The Galaxy M55 is available for sale in three RAM and storage configurations, while the Galaxy M15 comes in two RAM and storage. Samsung Galaxy M55 and Galaxy M15 price in India


Available in two colourways namely Denim Black and Light Green, the new Samsung Galaxy M55 price starts at Rs 26,999 for 8GB + 128GB variant. The 8GB + 256GB and the 12GB+256GB model costs Rs 29,999 and Rs 32,999 respectively. Additionally, customers can avail of a flat discount for Rs 2,000 bringing the discount to Rs 24,999, Rs 27,999 and Rs 30,999 on selected bank cards.

Those willing to buy Galaxy M15 can get Rs 13,299 for the 4 GB + 128 GB model and Rs 14,799 for the 6 GB + 128 GB storage variant. The buyers will also get a complimentary 25W charger. Both phones will be available to buy via Amazon and Samsung online store.

Samsung Galaxy M55 features


The Samsung Galaxy M55 sports a large 6.7-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone ships with a triple camera setup at the rear comprising a 50-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. The Galaxy M55 is backed by a 5,000 mAh battery with support for up to 45W fast charging.

On the other hand, the Galaxy M15 has a 6.5-inch AMOLED screen with FHD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. They sport a triple camera setup at the back consisting of a 50 MP primary camera, a 5 MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2 MP macro lens. The Samsung Galaxy M15 has a large 6,000 mAh battery with support for up to 25W fast charging.

Both phones run on Android 14-based OneUI 6 out-of-the-box and are eligible for four major Android OS upgrades and five years of security updates.
