Samsung has unveiled its new AI-powered smart TVs in the Indian market on April 17. It's the latest lineup of flagship OLED 4K TVs and Neo QLED 8K TVs powered by the NQ8 AI Gen3 processor with AI capabilities for better audio and video. The brand-new TVs were Introduced at the Unbox and Discover 2024 launch event in Bengaluru.

The brand is bringing the transformative power of AI (Artificial Intelligence) across product categories to upgrade the customer’s lifestyle. Samsung’s new-era Television sets were introduced in Bengaluru on April 17. This QLED 8K smart TV is powered by the NQ8 AI Gen3 processor. It is claimed to be two times faster and better compared to the previous generation chipset. Also, the brand has maximized neural network from 64 to 512, an eight-fold increase to discover an enhanced viewing experience with crisp details.

The new Neo QLED 8K TVs boast AI capabilities for an enhanced audio and video experience. With AI upscaling Pro-Tech, the TV can scale low-resolution video up to 8K quality. To deliver a high-end viewing experience while streaming your favourite content, Samsung has incorporated AI motion Enhancer Pro Technology, which utilizes a sophisticated motion detection algorithm to enhance clarity while streaming.

Another notable aspect is AI-enhanced sound technology. This technology enables the TV to deliver precise audio with Active Voice Amplifier Pro features and automatically adjusts the audio when there is noise.

Its AI energy mode ensures that it saves electricity without compromising picture quality.

As part of pre-order offers, prospective buyers can avail of gift vouchers for a sound bar (Rs 79,990), Freestyle TV projector (Rs 59,990), and Music Frame (Rs 29,990), totalling Rs 1,69,970, free with a new Neo QLED 8K series.

OpenAI, the AI research and deployment company, has unveiled a new feature for ChatGPT called "Tasks" that aims to rival established virtual assistants like Siri and Alexa.

Previously a report suggested that a Realme P3 Ultra device with the model number RMX5030 is expected to debut in India by the end of January. It is expected to accommodate as much as 12GB of RAM and offer up to 256GB of internal storage. There has not been any update regarding a standard Realme P3 model.

Last year, the Realme P2 Pro was introduced in India for Rs. 21,999, Rupees. 24,999 aur Rs. 27,999 for the 8GB+128GB, 12GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB variants, respectively. It features a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC and a 5,200mAh battery that supports 80W SuperVOOC charging. It features a 6.7-inch full-HD+ 3D curved AMOLED display, a 50-megapixel triple rear camera arrangement, and a 32-megapixel front camera.

Samsung Galaxy S25 series is expected to be unveiled on 22nd January. Samsung is set to hold its Galaxy Unpacked event on the day. The lineup will likely include the base Galaxy S25, the Galaxy S25+ and the Galaxy S25 Ultra variants. Over the past few weeks, several leaked details about the upcoming handsets have surfaced online. The phones are expected to get Qualcomm's latest octa-core Snapdragon 8 Elite chipsets.
