Samsung has unveiled its new AI-powered smart TVs in the Indian market on April 17. It's the latest lineup of flagship OLED 4K TVs and Neo QLED 8K TVs powered by the NQ8 AI Gen3 processor with AI capabilities for better audio and video. The brand-new TVs were Introduced at the Unbox and Discover 2024 launch event in Bengaluru.

The brand is bringing the transformative power of AI (Artificial Intelligence) across product categories to upgrade the customer’s lifestyle. The President and CEO of Samsung Southwest Asia, JB Park, said, “Our 2024 range of Neo QLED 8K, Neo QLED 4K, and OLED TVs redefine the home entertainment experience and offer new innovations across accessibility, sustainability and enhanced security with the power of AI.

Samsung AI Powered Neo QLED 8K smart TVs: Specifications
Samsung’s new-era Television sets were introduced in Bengaluru on April 17. This QLED 8K smart TV is powered by the NQ8 AI Gen3 processor. It is claimed to be two times faster and better compared to the previous generation chipset. Also, the brand has maximized neural network from 64 to 512, an eight-fold increase to discover an enhanced viewing experience with crisp details.

The new Neo QLED 8K TVs boast AI capabilities for an enhanced audio and video experience. With AI upscaling Pro-Tech, the TV can scale low-resolution video up to 8K quality. To deliver a high-end viewing experience while streaming your favourite content, Samsung has incorporated AI motion Enhancer Pro Technology, which utilizes a sophisticated motion detection algorithm to enhance clarity while streaming.

Another notable aspect is AI-enhanced sound technology. This technology enables the TV to deliver precise audio with Active Voice Amplifier Pro features and automatically adjusts the audio when there is noise.

Its AI energy mode ensures that it saves electricity without compromising picture quality.

The new Samsung Neo QLED 8K smart TV runs on Tizen and is packed with defence-grade Knox security to ensure protection from cyber threats. It also offers 100+ free channels and supports OTT (over-the-top) applications.

Samsung AI-Powered Neo QLED 8K smart TV comes in two variants - QN900D and QN800D- and is in three sizes: 65 inches, 75 inches, and 85 inches, with a starting price of Rs 3,19,990.

As part of pre-order offers, prospective buyers can avail of gift vouchers for a sound bar (Rs 79,990), Freestyle TV projector (Rs 59,990), and Music Frame (Rs 29,990), totalling Rs 1,69,970, free with a new Neo QLED 8K series.
