Ahead of the September 12 launch event, Vivo and Flipkart have each set up a microsite on their websites that teases the Vivo T3 Ultra's specifications. Its price in India is confirmed to be less than Rs. 33,000. According to the listing, it will have two rear cameras: an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 50-megapixel Sony IMX921 primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) support.

The Vivo T3 Ultra sports an autofocus, 50-megapixel selfie camera. 4K video recording at 60 frames per second (fps) is supported by both the front and rear cameras. The Vivo T3 Ultra is expected to have a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with support for HDR10+, 120Hz refresh rate, and 1.5K resolution, according to the listing.
