Motorola introduced its latest device, the Moto 60 Fusion today in India. On the day of launch, the price of the Moto Edge 50 reduced and is now available for Rs 18,000 only, the phone was released at a premium price last year. Moto Edge 50 Pro Discount: How to Avail?

On the launch of Motorola’s new device, the Moto 60 Fusion, the price of last year's launched Moto Edge 50 marked such a huge discount. Moto Edge 50 Pro: Specifications and Features

Motorola Edge 50 sports a 6.7-inch 1.5K Super HD OLED curved display offering a 120Hz refresh rate and 1,900 nits of peak brightness. The phone also has an HDR10+ support, and SGS Blue Light Reduction certification. It is also said to support Smart Water Touch technology allowing users to access the phone even with wet hands. The handset is powered by Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 AE (Accelerated Edition) chipset, that comes paired with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of onboard storage. It runs on Android 14-based Hello UI out-of-the-box.

For optics, the Motorola Edge 50 packs a Moto AI-backed triple rear camera unit led by a 50MP Sony-Lytia 700C primary sensor. The phone also gets a 10MP telephoto shooter with up to 3x optical zoom, and a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens. The phone houses a 32MP camera on the front for selfies and video calls.

For audio, the Motorola Edge 50 features Dolby Atmos-backed dual-stereo speakers. It also gets an IP68 rating for dust and splash resistance and a MIL-810H military-grade certification which is claimed to withstand extreme temperatures and offer resistance among other things. For security, the handset features an in-display fingerprint sensor.
