OnePlus 13 5G Leak Reveals Rear Camera Setup; Could Come With Four Cameras
OnePlus is gearing up to launch its flagship smartphone, the OnePlus 13 5G. While the official launch date is yet to be announced, recent leaks have revealed some key details about the device. One of the most intriguing leaks pertains to the rear camera setup. According to reliable sources, the OnePlus 13 5G could feature a quad-camera system on the back. Check out all details here.
OnePlus 13 design leaked
The OnePlus 13 appears to have a separate area for its cameras, in contrast to earlier OnePlus flagships where the camera module is integrated into the phone's edge. A few technical specifications of the camera system are also disclosed by the leak.
According to reports, the periscope telephoto lens makes use of a more effective structure, akin to that found in the iPhone 16 Pro Max. Similarly, it is claimed that the telephoto lens has a slightly larger main sensor and offers 3x optical zoom. Remarkably, it is rumored that the OnePlus 13 and the Oppo Find X8 employ the same image processing algorithms. This makes sense, considering that their parent companies are now the same.
Although the tipster did not state which camera sensors would be used, prior leaks indicate that the OnePlus 13's primary camera will be a 50-megapixel LYT-808 sensor with optical image stabilization. Two LYT-600 sensors are probably going to join it to enable telephoto and ultra-wide photos.
This leak adds another piece to the OnePlus 13 puzzle, even though it only reveals the camera design. Because of the alleged Oppo Find X8 influence, we can probably anticipate a sophisticated camera system with improved telephoto capabilities and top-notch image processing.
By the end of October, the OnePlus 13 is anticipated to go on sale in China. In January 2025, it will be released worldwide. We'll make sure you are informed of any updates over the phone.
