Xiaomi's sub-brand Redmi has begun promoting the upcoming launch of the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro in China. This was posted by the General Manager of Redmi on Weibo. The device was seen on the 3C certification platform last month, and its main specifications were revealed in January of this year. The forthcoming release is anticipated to be an enhanced edition of the Redmi Turbo 4 that launched earlier this year. Redmi General Manager Thomas Wang announced in a Weibo post that a new Redmi smartphone will be released soon featuring the newly introduced Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 SoC. The 4nm octa-core processor accommodates a maximum of 24GB LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 internal storage. It is said to provide up to 31 percent better CPU performance compared to the previous Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC.
Although Wang did not directly name the smartphone. In reply to a user's remark on his most recent Weibo post, Thomas provided a subtle affirmation regarding the release schedule of the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro. When questioned about the phone's potential launch in April, he just answered “can,” suggesting a forthcoming release this month.

As per leaks, the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro is anticipated to have a 6.83-inch OLED LTPS screen with a 1.5K resolution. It is expected to be equipped with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor and include a substantial 7,550mAh battery along with 90W fast charging. The gadget might also feature a 50-megapixel main camera supported by OIS, alongside an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens on the rear. It is anticipated to include an optical fingerprint scanner beneath the screen, a metal central frame, and an IP68/69-rated construction for protection against dust and water. For those unaware, the Poco F7 that has just received certification in India might be a rebranded or modified variant of the Turbo 4 Pro.
