Continuing the success of its predecessors, this device is engineered to provide enhanced security features and state-of-the-art technology. Samsung Galaxy Quantum 5 Price and Availability
The Galaxy Quantum 5 is priced starting at KRW 6,18,200, or approximately Rs. 38,700. The colors Awesome Iceblue, Awesome Navy, and Awesome Lilac are currently on sale in South Korea.
Samsung Galaxy Quantum 5 Features
The Samsung Galaxy Quantum 5 boasts a 6.6-inch full-HD+ (1,080x2,340 pixels) Super AMOLED display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. The phone has a metal flat frame and a screen protected by Gorilla Glass Victus+. Similar to the Galaxy A55, Samsung equipped the Galaxy Quantum 5 with an octa-core 2.75GHz chipset which is said to be the Exynos 1480 SoC. It has 128GB of storage that can be expanded to 1TB with a microSD card, and 8GB of RAM. As previously indicated, the phone has a Quantum Random Number Generator (QRNG) chip to strengthen data encryption.
The new phone was specifically designed by Samsung for the South Korean market in collaboration with SK Telecom and ID Quantique. The handset support dual-SIM connectivity and runs on Android 14 out-of-the-box.
For optics, the Galaxy Quantum 5's triple rear camera unit consists of a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, a 5-megapixel macro shooter, and a 50-megapixel primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS). Its front camera is 32 megapixels. The device is compatible with AI functions such as Circle to Search, which enables users to search by simply encircling an object or text on the screen.
The Galaxy Quantum 5 has the following connectivity options: a 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, Glonass, Beidou, Galileo, QZSS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. Accelerometer, gyroscope, geomagnetic, hall, light, and virtual proximity sensors are among the sensors on board. It has an authentication fingerprint sensor. It has an IP67-rated build and Samsung's Knox Vault security feature
The Galaxy Quantum 5 from Samsung comes with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 25W rapid charging. On a single charge, the battery units are supposed to provide up to 28 hours of video playback time.
