Samsung has launched the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 Special Edition in select markets. The handset will be be available for sale in a few markets, starting next week, the company said in an official post. Compared to the regular Galaxy Z Fold 6, which made its debut earlier this year, the new foldable smartphone is lighter and thinner. Additionally, it also gets some enhanced features, such as the display and camera system. In South Korea, the starting price for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 Special Edition is KRW 2,789,600, or about Rs. 1,70,000. According to a newsroom post from the company, it will come in a Black Shadow colorway and a single 16GB+512GB configuration.

Beginning on October 25, the foldable phone will be available for purchase on the company website as well as through other online retailers like T Direct Shop, KT, and Eu+. Discount coupons for other Samsung products, such as the Galaxy Ring, Galaxy Watch Ultra, Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, and Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, will be given to customers who buy this model.

In the meantime, it is possible to customize the widget triggering mechanism. According to Google, OEMs have the option of using docking or charging status as widget triggers. Additionally, third-party OEMs have the option to use their own posture detection system.
