Samsung has unveiled a special edition of its flagship foldable smartphone, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 in select market. This new variant boasts a slimmer and lighter design than the one which was launched in July, making it more comfortable to use. Check out all details including price, features and availability.

In South Korea, the starting price for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 Special Edition is KRW 2,789,600, or about Rs. 1,70,000. According to a newsroom post from the company, it will come in a Black Shadow colorway and a single 16GB+512GB configuration.
Beginning on October 25, the foldable phone will be available for purchase on the company website as well as through other online retailers like T Direct Shop, KT, and Eu+. Discount coupons for other Samsung products, such as the Galaxy Ring, Galaxy Watch Ultra, Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, and Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, will be given to customers who buy this model.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 Special Edition Features
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 Special Editions has slightly larger screens than its predecessor, measuring 8 inches on the inside and 6.5 inches on the outside. For comparison, the standard model has an internal screen that is 7.60 inches and an external screen that is 6.3 inches. The aspect ratios of the internal and external displays are 20:18 and 21:9, respectively.
Additionally, the special edition model is more ergonomic. According to Samsung, it weighs 236g and has a thickness of 10.6mm, making it 1.5mm thinner and 3g lighter than the standard Galaxy Z Fold 6. Samsung has increased the primary wide-angle camera's megapixels to 200. The remaining lenses don't change.
