Vivo has dropped the teaser of the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro’s India launch date. The phone will debut as the first foldable from the brand to debut in India, and even outside of China. The brand has teased the launch with a ‘Coming Soon’ tag. Here's everything that you need to know.

Vivo has confirmed the launch of its first ever foldable smartphone in India Vivo X Fold 3 Pro. The Chinese OEM has already dropped the teaser of the smartphone's launch on a microsite on Flipkart, showcasing an image of the smartphone along with the message 'coming soon'. The Flipkart teaser also shared that the upcoming foldable device has been co-developed with Zeiss, which means that the phone could come with Zeiss-enabled camera setup on the rear. Vivo X Fold 3 Pro price


The Vivo X Fold 3 Pro has already been launched in China in March at a starting price of CNY 9,999, which is roughly Rs. 1.17 lakh. Hence, it is expected to be priced somewhere around Rs. 1,25,000. However, Vivo hasn't confirmed anything yet. You will have to wait for an official price announcement from Vivo.

The teaser for the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro give a glimpse of the upcoming foldable device, however, it doesn't reveal any key details of the smartphone. But, given that the phone was already launched in China last month, the phone could debut with the similar specifications in India as well.

The Vivo X Fold 3 Pro in China sports an 8.03-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a resolution of 2200 x 2480 pixels, 120Hz variable refresh rate and a peak brightness of 4500 nits. On the outer side, the phone features a 6.53-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1172 x 2748 pixels.

Additionally, the Chinese variant of the handset comes equipped with the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset based on the 4nm process paired with an Adreno 750 GPU to tackle all the graphics-intensive tasks smoothly. the phone packs with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. Moreover, it is also said to be one of the first smartphones to be powered by Google’s Gemini AI, which is said to increase productivity with Al Assist.

The AI features on the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro will be available free of charge for now but Vivo says that the users might have to pay for subsequent use.
